February 11, 2025.<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revision of ROGEAP monitoring and evaluation tools: Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and Project Fun Manager (PFM) meet in Lagos to harmonize positions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From February 11 to 14, 2025, the implementation team of the Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP) and the Project Fun Manager, a consortium selected for the implementation of the Project traveled to Lagos for a review of several working documents including:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Updating the intervention framework and results monitoring plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indicator display and data collection methodologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration of user feedback for improved follow-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening data management practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La revue du caneva pour la mission de revue \u00e0 mi-parcours du Projet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For four days, the experts examined these issues, and the <strong>ROGEAP coordinator, Elhadji SYLLA<\/strong>, expressed his satisfaction at the end of the proceedings.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ROGEAP is an ECOWAS initiative jointly financed by the World Bank, the Clean Technology Fund and the Netherlands Cooperation, through the Directorate General for International Cooperation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is being implemented by ECOWAS, ECREE and BOAD, which is implementing component 2.<\/p>\n\n<figure
