{"id":9145,"date":"2025-07-26T13:24:32","date_gmt":"2025-07-26T13:24:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rogeap.uwazy.com\/2025\/07\/26\/launch-of-the-mission-to-draw-up-guinee-bissaus-national-energy-policy\/"},"modified":"2025-08-14T09:03:29","modified_gmt":"2025-08-14T09:03:29","slug":"launch-of-the-mission-to-draw-up-guinee-bissaus-national-energy-policy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ecowas.rogeap.org\/2025\/07\/26\/launch-of-the-mission-to-draw-up-guinee-bissaus-national-energy-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"LAUNCH OF THE MISSION TO DRAW UP GUINEE-BISSAU&rsquo;S NATIONAL ENERGY POLICY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n          <strong> LAUNCH OF THE MISSION FOR THE ELABORATION OF THE NATIONAL ENERGY POLICY OF GUINEA-BISSAU (July 23, 2025): ECOWAS through ROGEAP provides assistance to the Ministry of Energy of Guinea Bissau.<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n          <strong>Bissau, (July 23, 2025).<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guinea Bissau&rsquo;s Minister of Energy, <strong>Dr Jos\u00e9 Carlos Varela Casimiro,<\/strong> in the presence of the ROGEAP project&rsquo;s Senior Advisor and representatives of other technical and financial partners, this afternoon chaired the launch and scoping workshop for the development of Guinea Bissau&rsquo;s National Energy Policy. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a reminder, the ECOWAS Commission, through the Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP), is providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Energy of Guinea Bissau to develop the country&rsquo;s national energy policy.
