The Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP) aims to increase access to sustainable electricity services in the twelve ECOWAS member countries and seven other countries (namely Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Mali, Mauritania, Niger and the Central African Republic) for households, businesses and, in some countries, public health and education establishments, as part of a pilot program.
