The Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAPS) aims to increase access to sustainable electricity services in the fifteen ECOWAS member countries and four other countries (namely Cameroon, Chad, Mauritania and the Central African Republic) for households, businesses and in some countries public health and education institutions as part of a pilot programme.
