The ECOWAS Commission through its Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (CEREEC) is organizing the 8th edition of its Sustainable Energy Forum (ESEF 2013) on October 12 and 13, 2023 in Praia, Cabo Verde on the theme “Strengthening Sustainable Energy in the ECOWAS Region”. The opening ceremony of the 2023 edition of the ESEF will take place on Thursday, October 12, 2023 in Praia on the premises of the Cabo Verde National Assembly, with the launch of the Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP).

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Mr FOUZUL KABIR KHAN has experienced a three-dimensional vision in the course of his career: firstly, as Secretary to the Government, he was a privileged witness to the realities of public life. Then, as DG of IDCOL in Bangladesh, he witnessed and practiced public entrepreneurship in a government institution run like a private company. Finally, as a connoisseur of the world of research as an academic in the USA, Singapore and Bangladesh. He is co-author of Financing Large Projects, published by Pearson-Prentice Hall. Pearson and Tsinghua University in Beijing have jointly published a Chinese translation of the book.
