Meeting of Standards, Industry and Energy Experts from ECOWAS Member States
Experts in Standards, Industry and Energy from ECOWAS member states met in Banjul, The Gambia, from March 27 to 29 to discuss and pre-validate the report of the latest ECOSHAM Technical Management Committee (TMC) on standards, including the validation of regional standards, the technical regulation on lead in paint and the revised Ecosham document.
The meeting is jointly organized by the Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP), the ECOWAS Industry Directorate and the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE).
