Experts on Standards, Industry and Energy from ECOWAS Member States met from 27 to 29 March in Banjul, The Gambia, to discuss and pre-validate the report of the latest ECOSHAM Technical Management Committee (TMC) on standards relating to the validation of regional standards, the technical regulation on lead in paint and the revised ECOSHAM document.
The meeting is being organised jointly by the Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP), the ECOWAS Directorate of Industry and the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE).
