Revision of ROGEAP monitoring and evaluation tools: Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and Project Fun Manager (PFM) meet in Lagos to harmonize positions.
From February 11 to 14, 2025, the implementation team of the Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP) and the Project Fun Manager, a consortium selected for the implementation of the Project traveled to Lagos for a review of several working documents including:
- Updating the intervention framework and results monitoring plan
- Indicator display and data collection methodologies
- Integration of user feedback for improved follow-up
- Strengthening data management practices

For four days, the experts examined these issues, and the ROGEAP coordinator, Elhadji SYLLA, expressed his satisfaction at the end of the proceedings.
ROGEAP is an ECOWAS initiative jointly financed by the World Bank, the Clean Technology Fund and the Netherlands Cooperation, through the Directorate General for International Cooperation.
It is being implemented by ECOWAS, ECREE and BOAD, which is implementing component 2.
